1. HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
In order to subscribe to the event you must fill out the online form. The information provided will be used in the editing of the materials regarding the artists’ profiles and projects. The personal data and the details on the project will not be published; they will be a useful resource for the activity of the Artistic Direction. Each artist is responsible for the cost and the logistics of the production, setting up, and transportation of their works.
The subscription deadline for the 12th edition of Paratissima is July, 22nd 2016.
The artists who will subscribe after the deadline will be put on a waiting list and contacted by the Artistic Direction according to the availability of the rooms.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE AND COSTS
You may choose the theme of the work and the technique you prefer to use. Each subscribed artist will have access to a wall or a floor surface, where they will set up their work according to its dimensions.

Please let us know the dimensions needed and the subscription costs by reading the following GUIDELINES for the setting up (where the max. measures BASE x HEIGHT, frame included, are defined).

AREA A: 60,00€
With the FEE A you can exhibit your work on a wall, according to the following guidelines:
n.1 WORK 100X200 (cm)
n.2 WORKS 50X50 (cm)
n.4 WORKS 50X50 (cm)
n.6 WORKS 50X30 (cm)
As an alternative, you can use an area of 1m x 1m (1sm) for the exhibition of floor sculptures.

AREA B: 120,00 €
With the FEE B you can exhibit your work according to the following guidelines:
n. 2 WORKS 100X200 (cm)
n.1 WORK 200X200 (cm)
As an alternative, you can use an area of 2m x 2m (4sm) for the exhibition of floor sculptures.

AREA C: 180,00 €
With the FEE C you can exhibit your work according to the following guidelines:
n.3 WORKS 100X200 (cm)
n.1 WORK 100X200 and 1 WORK 200X200 (cm)
As an alternative, you can use an area of 3m x 3m (9sm) for the exhibition of a floor sculpture.

While filling out the online form, you will be required to select one of the possible entries (AREA A, AREA B, AREA C, OTHER ARTISTIC PROJECTS [see point 3 of the regulation]), corresponding to different participation fees.
In the form you must also state your stage name at the entry “Stage Name” (ex. Banksy).

3. OTHER ARTISTIC PROJECTS
If there are projects and set-ups that do not fall within the guidelines of the points A,B, and C, you must send a request with the details of the project at info@paratissima.it and discuss such details with the Artistic Direction.

4. PAYMENT
Once your subscription has been confirmed by an email, you must officialise your subscription by paying the fee and signing the disclaimer by following the instructions in the email.
It is possible to pay the subscription fee in cash using Paypal or a bank transfer. The subscription fee is a voluntary contribution to the activities of Associazione YLDA.
If you want to receive an invoice, you must send all the necessary data and references to info@paratissima.it; in this case, the fee, INCLUDING the 22% VAT, must be payed before sending the data.

5. SALE DURING PARATISSIMA
The artist may handle all negotiations aimed at the sale of the work privately; however, it is strictly forbidden to remove the work from the area before the end of the event.

6. NON-PARTICIPATION
If you are regularly subscribed to Paratissima but cannot participate to the event, you can ask for the refund of your fee at least 15 days before the start of the event. Afterwards, it will be no longer possible to ask for a refund.

7. LIVE PERFORMANCE
Those who wish to propose for live music and other artistic performances are not required to fill out the form. The artistic direction responsible for the live performances section will select the proposals. For further information: paratissimalive@gmail.com
